This is a very nice recipe, very smooth and creamy. I would not describe it as spicy, but the heat level could easily be adjusted with the addition of more cayenne or with the addition of some other spicy ingredient, such as diced jalapeno. We served this at a party and my nephew especially went crazy for it!

This was sooo satisfying! I toasted some sliced italian bread and let the kids spread their own pieces... we all loved it! It's creamy and tangy with just enough "heat". So easy to make and quite impressive too, (serve in a pretty dish). With good bread, this is a meal in itself. NOT a healthy one, but a yummy one...(Save it for your cheat days). THANKS!

I made this for goody day at school twice and it disappeared. This is why I like this site so much wonderful recipes and quick and easy. I cut back on the cayenne pepper just a little bit.

My daughter made this dip for this years Thanksgiving and well, what can I say but this is an amazingly wonderful dip. Everyone really enjoyed this. It is sooo good and has a nice kick at the end that is just right..you can adjust the spiciness to your liking though. She used all low fat ingredients too and it didn't affect the taste at all. Loved it, thanks for posting this Sharon, it will be a family favorite.
