I tried this after seeing it on Everyday Italian. It was good, but had too much of a "lemony" flavor for my personal taste...I would try this again, but use only lemon juice and no zest.
This has a nice heat to it. But I thought it was a bit on the plain side. Not enough spices or flavor. I really like the ease of preparation and the overall concept of the dish. I plan to prepare this again and replace the parsley with cilantro. I think that will give it the flavor I'm looking for. Thanks cookiedog for posting.
Fiery is a good name. But I would not have made it if I wasn't expecting it to live up to its name! Very easy to throw together. Was on the table in 15 mins. I used whole wheat pasta. Very tasty. This would be good with linguini too. Thanks Cookie.
This was a nice light tasting side dish without being too bland. I served it along side of Country Fried Pork Chops With Cream Gravy and Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes. I omitted the lemon zest as we are not fond of it. Other than that we made it as is. Thanks cookiedog-
