Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Chop walnuts.
  2. Toss greens with walnuts in a medium-size serving bowl.
  3. Core and cut apples into slices.
  4. Spritz apples with lemon juice to keep them from browning.
  5. Arrange apples on top of the greens.
  6. Crumble goat cheese on top of the salad.
  7. Serve with raspberry vinaigrette.
