Instead of using skim milk, I used yogurt to give back that creaminess that it was missing.
- Slowly poor pudding mixture into water while whisking (do not sub milk).
- Stir into yogurt.
- This keeps about 3 days due to the separation of yogurt.
I am going to try this with 2 drops of orange water & next time with 2 drops of rose water to see if it adds a little something :-) It's a good recipe!
I have been using this to make a slightly healthier version of banana pudding. I definitely beats pudding made with skim milk. It makes the pudding slightly sour so I am not sure how it would taste plain.
