Fettuccini With Garlic, Green Onions & Mushrooms

"Kitchen aromas are at their tantalizing best when preparing this sofrito. The addition of a German Riesling completes this wonderful process. Served over a bed of hot cooked fettuccinine, the only requirement of the diner is to take his or her time to savor the experience!"

  1. A great fettcccine dish without heavy cream or tons of butter!!! The Riesling is perfect for this. I made this exactly as written and wouldn't change a thing. This makes a wonderful, filling meatless meal. Thanx!

I love to try new recipes on unsuspecting victims! I've listed some of my favorites but I could also list a menu of my great culinary disasters...ask my kids about 'Mexican Hot Chocolate' or 'Peanut Butter Meatloaf'! (What was I thinking?) That said, the recipes I have posted have passed the tests of family gatherings, pot luck dinners and even some candle lit dinners. Try them, tinker with them, have fun and enjoy!
