  1. In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cream and bring to a boil. Cook 3 minutes to thicken, being careful not to boil over.
  2. Add peas and prosciutto and cook 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
  3. Meanwhile, cook fettuccini. Drain.
  4. Toss pasta with sauce. Top with remaining Parmesan to serve.
