I tasted this at a party recently and had to have the recipe. Turns out that it's found on a box of crackers! Enjoy!
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 plum tomatoes, diced,about 1 cup
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
- round melba toast (or mediterranean)
- In small bowl combine cheese, tomatoes, red onion, pepper and oregano.
- Spoon 1 tablespoons of mixture onto each toast.
