    I threw this together one night, needed to use a few left over Roma Tomatoes. I didn't take measurements, but with a recipe like this it doesn't really matter....

    Ingredients:

    Yield:

    tomatoes

    Units: US | Metric

    • 2 tomatoes, cut in half and carved out (I like ROma Best)
    • 1/3 cup Ritz cracker
    • 1/2 cup feta cheese
    • italian seasoning
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 2 tablespoons French-fried onions

    Directions:

      Prepare tomatoes.
    2. 2
      Crush crackers and mix with Feta cheese and Italian Seasoning(amount you use depends on amount of tomatoes).

      Stuff Tomatoes.
    4. 4
      Sprinkle tops with crushed French Fried Onions.
    5. 5
      Pour Melted butter on top.
    6. 6
      Bake in oven at 350 for approx 10 minutes until top starts to brown.
