I love blender food and this is one of my favourite recipes. Let me know if you like it as much as I do.
- 3 garlic cloves
- 500 g feta cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g yoghurt
- 1 (2 g) bag peppermint tea (without the bag!)
- Process in a blender or food processor until very smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate.
This was very unique and so wonderful. I used two bricks of mild feta, which actually came out to only 400g, but I didn't think it mattered-it still tasted wonderful. The use of mint tea in this as the main seasoning was brilliant. Thanks for the recipe!
