  1. Place greens in a bowl.
  2. Add cucumbers, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of oil, and salt & pepper.
  3. Toss thoroughly.
  4. Taste, and add more oil if desired.
  5. Scatter olives & feta cheese over the top and serve.
