  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Toast pine nuts in a shallow baking pan, stirring occasionally until golden brown, about 7 minutes.
  3. Cool and chop finely.
  4. Combine nuts, red pepper, parsley, basil, and mint in a medium bowl.
  5. Crumble feta in small pieces; add to nuts.
  6. Whisk garlic, salt, pepper, and yogurt in a small bowl until well blended.
  7. Stir into the nut and feta mixture.
  8. Cover and chill for one hour.
  9. Serve with crackers.

I have made this many times. We really like this dip. It has a tangy, fresh And savory flavor. At the boss' birthday party three people insisted on getting the recipe.
