Delicious! The best chicken salad I've had in a long time -- might even be the best ever. I used fresh dill, fat free sour cream, and a tomato/basil feta because that's what I had. Perfect! Thanks so much for a great recipe.
This was served for lunch on top of spring mix greens with fresh tomatoes on the side. Greek style yogurt was used in place of the sour cream. Neither the mayo or yogurt were measured, they were added to what seemed the proper consistency. Made for *ZWT 2009*
This is by far one of the best Chicken Salad's I've ever had! I had to substitute green bell pepper for the red, but otherwise I made it exactly as posted. It is a very unique tasting chicken salad that I'll make again. Thanks for sharing!
Truly a unique chicken salad. One of the best I've tasted. The feta cheese makes all the difference; it adds a sort of tangy flavor. I made this exactly as written and loved it. Thanx for a new chicken salad!
WOW!! This is really one of the best chicken salads I've ever had. I loved the feta and dill flavours. Excellent, give this one a try! Made for ZWT 6:)
Great chicken salad that i will make again; I was a bit surprised about the feta cheese inluded, but it is really a nice addition. Made this for WT6. Rita
A very tasty rendition of chicken salad. I bet this would be good made with immitation crab, also. I used 1/4 of a green pepper since I had no red. My feta was the creamy type, so it got mixed in a bit more than I wanted. Next time I'll have the crumbly kind and I bet it will be even better. I like the addition of dill!
This is a wonderful, refreshing salad! The crunch of the veggies combined with the creamy feta and dressing flavor the chicken so well. I used all fat-free ingredients and no one in my family complained! Made for Winter '07 Photo Tag. Thanks CaliforniaJan!
I really don't think you could go wrong with this yummy chicken salad. I added fresh oregano just because I had it and I liked that inclusion. Perfect on a July evening when you don't want heat the house (or any other time!). I served this with fresh lemonade and Greek Cheese Bread (Tiroposomo) that was made this afternoon. Looking forward to having it for lunch tomorrow. :D
This was good! I made one mistake though. I used a can of chicken. Which is probably less than 3 cups so the 12 teaspoons of mayo and sour cream were a bit much. I didn't have any celery or dill. I did add in carrot, cucumber, and black olives. I also used reduced fat sour cream. We used ice burger lettuce and made wraps. I kep thinking it needed something sweet like raisins or apples. Instead I went the other way and added sir racha on top. My husband said next time to use romaine lettuce. Thanks! We are low carbing it.
