Feta Cheese Turkey Burger

"My take on a "Greek-style" burger. I like to eat this on pita bread in place of a bun. I didn't add this in the directions, but I generally make these ahead of time and put them in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours before grilling. They hold together better."

  1. Nice change from the plain turkey burgers I usually make. Great combo of flavors.

  2. Very nice. These were easy to make, smell good, taste great, look pretty. The patties held together well and stayed moist. I followed the recipe as written, didn't feel the need to change a thing. I'm thinking that I might make up a big batch and keep them in the freezer for future meals. Thanks for the idea, kittycatmom!
