Feta ties with Sharp Cheddar and Havarti for my favorite cheeses. I love the sharp taste of a good Feta on salads with sweet tomatoes and cucumbers.
- 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
- Blend 5 seconds.
A very good dressing. I will make this again. Made for ZWT6.
I really enjoyed the flavor combination. This was used to dress smoked salmon sandwiches today for lunch. It was made a little lighter by using half mayo and half non-fat Greek yogurt. Made for *ZWT6*
Had to make a dressing with stuff in the house for my spinach, clementine, and avocado salad. Made the mayo and blended the rest. Resulted in a tangy, creamy and mellow salad. Excellent quick recipe
