Feta and Vegetable Rotini Salad Aka Greek Salad

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (12 ounce) package tri-color spiral pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 2 cups tomatoes, chopped into bite size
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups cucumbers, peeled and chopped bite size
  • 16 ounces black olives, sliced in half
  • 16 ounces cotta salami, sliced into bite size
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottleof zesty Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigderate atleast one hour before serving.

Shirl this is very good! I used my own recipe for Italian salad dressing and used dryed Italian salami, I made this a day ahead to let the flavors blend, but I will add in the tomatoes just before I serve it. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!...Kitten:)
