I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Denise Austin's Morning Stretch. The recipe says to prepare these in 2 tall clear glasses (champagne flutes are perfect!).
- 1 cup fresh raspberry
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 ounces frozen fat free non-dairy topping or 8 ounces sugar-free fat-free frozen whipped topping
- Layer each glass with 1/4 cup raspberries, 1 tablespoon of nondairy whipped topping, 1/4 cup blueberries, and another tablespoon of whipped topping.
- Repeat the layers a second time and top with a raspberry and blueberry for garnish.
- Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
