- 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 4 (5 ounce) beef tenderloin fillets
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
