this was ok...very faint eggnog flavor, a little sweet. did not rise very much, and was not a smooth top - would require a few changes to make a better loaf

Very disapointing. It turned out rather heavy and hadweird flavor. Definitely not one of the favorites in my house hold, i had to throw it away.

I loved the idea of this & the bread was okay but really dense & heavy. I cooked on a regular cycle but would like to try this again using rapid cycle to see if there's any difference, I think I would also add a tad more nutmeg next time too. Thanks!

Made this without the cherries, just eggnog. Was hoping to use up some eggnog, but it doesn't use very much at once! Nice fine yeasty texture, lightly sweet. Adjusted for a 1 pound loaf (recipe x .6).

Beautiful bread. smells wonderful while baking. The texture was that of regular bread with a hint of sweetness to it. I liked this bread but would have liked a much stronger eggnog flavor.
