Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Salt chicken thighs and set aside.
  2. Mix all other ingredients into a uniform sauce and coat thoroughly over chicken thighs.
  3. Divide into five packs and freeze.
  4. Pressure cooker directions: Bring to pressure and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Slow cooker directions: Cook on low for four to six hours.
