- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
- 1 fennel bulb, sliced thin
- 1 red onion, peeled and sliced into thin rings
- 1 orange, juice of
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Arrange the orange slices in bottom of shallow dish.
- Place layer of fennel on top of oranges.
- Place layer of onion.
- Mix orange juice with vinegar and drizzle on salad.
