ingredients
- 44.37 ml black pepper (ground to your liking) or 44.37 ml white pepper (ground to your liking)
- 236.59 ml kosher salt
- 14.79 ml celery salt
- 9.85 ml ginger
- 9.85 ml nutmeg
- 14.79 ml sweet paprika
- 14.79 ml hot paprika
directions
- Mix well and store cool in airtight jars.
- For those who do not like it hot, they can use 2 Tbsp sweet paprika!

Excellent tasting spice. I used the black pepper and instead of the kosher salt I used sea salt. This is so easy to prepare and looks so cute in the spice jar. I did downsize it to 1/2 cup and it fit perfectly in my jar. I used it on our hamburgers for lunch today and I do have to say that DH didn't feel like he needed to add more salt. Thanks for posting. :)

This is quite tasty and versatile. I used it on chicken breasts before grilling and on pork roast before browning and placing int he crockpot. Each time delicious. I used white pepper to keep it more traditionally European, and I used both types of paprika. I will definitely make sure this blend is always in the pantry!
