This Spicemix is used on just about anything. Feinkost means fine food. Gewürz means Spice, but think of this as seasoned salt. Posted for Zaar World TourIII

This was just ok for us. Too much heat for our taste buds. I used the white pepper. Made for Rookie Tag Game 2013.
Excellent tasting spice. I used the black pepper and instead of the kosher salt I used sea salt. This is so easy to prepare and looks so cute in the spice jar. I did downsize it to 1/2 cup and it fit perfectly in my jar. I used it on our hamburgers for lunch today and I do have to say that DH didn't feel like he needed to add more salt. Thanks for posting. :)
This is quite tasty and versatile. I used it on chicken breasts before grilling and on pork roast before browning and placing int he crockpot. Each time delicious. I used white pepper to keep it more traditionally European, and I used both types of paprika. I will definitely make sure this blend is always in the pantry!
