- 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 1⁄3 cups Minute Rice
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- chopped onion, to your liking
- Mix the soup, Cheez Whiz and butter; set aside.
- Combine the other ingredients and spread them in a casserole dish.
- Pour the soup mixture evenly on top.
- Bake, covered, at 350°F for 45 minutes.
