Feed the Crowd Hot Dish

"This is one of my hubby's favorite dishes his mom made for him.I am honored to be able to share this with you and wil think of "Lil Mom" everytime I make it."

ingredients

• 340.19 g wide egg noodles, slightly crushed
• 680.38 g ground beef
• 118.29 ml chopped onion
• 236.59 ml sour cream
• 113.39 g chopped pimiento
• 297.66 g can cream of chicken soup
• 297.66 g can cream of celery soup
• salt and pepper
• 59.14 ml breadcrumbs

directions

1. Cook noodles per pkg directions.
2. Brown ground beef and add onions cook slightly.
3. Mix noodles hamburger and onions in a 2 qt casserole dish.
4. Add the sour cream both cans of soup , pimentos and salt and pepper to taste
5. Top with breadcrumbs I use panko.
6. Bake @350 til hot and bubbly.
7. Serve.
