Another Flat Belly Diet breakfast staple!
- 1⁄2 cup dry quick-cooking oats, cooked with water to your liking
- 1 cup sliced banana
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted
- Mix ingredients and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Great breakfast! Made as written and topped with cinnamon. The bananas added a nice sweetness. Made for Fall 2012 PAC.
