a/k/a "Cheese By Cleese:
- 1 cup Stilton cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2⁄3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Mash the cheese with a little oil.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and balance of the oil.
- Shake well or process in a blender until creamy.
- Store refrigerated.
