This is a never fail recipe for stuffing that the family has been using for years and years. Make sure you have a BIG bowl on handy because this makes a large portion

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 cups soft breadcrumbs (we put white bread in the blender until we have four cups of it)
  • 13 cup fat (or vegetable oil)
  • 14 cup onion, minced
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon summer savory
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix together all but fat.
  2. Add fat and combine well.
