This is so easy and a long time favorite. I often freeze the chicken in the marinade in a ziplock bag to cook later with excellent results. Mixture can be doubled easily.
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup melted margarine
- 1 envelope dried Italian salad dressing mix
- 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
