Favorite Chili Mac

"This is a meatless version from an old cookbook of mine called "The Healthful Chef" by E.N. Hetherington, M.D. It is the meal my son requests most; for him I use the ground beef option. It reminds me of SteaknShake's chil mac! Easy and delicious with a small salad and garlic bread or crackers."

  1. I made the meat version of this recipe except I used ground turkey. It was very good everyone liked it alot. It was very close to steak-n-shakes chili mac which was what I was looking for. I think I screwed up on the sauce part mine tasted a little to much on the worcestershire sauce, I also didn't use the red beans. It turned out real good. thanks
