I made this for a potluck lunch at work to rave reviews...what I loved the most was how quick it was to make...The crust is easy and is the perfect texture (not too hard that it's hard to cut, but does not crumble either). The filling is so yummy...there are lots of options if you don't like smarties too.
Really tasty! I ran out of Smarties so substituted 1/2 of them with chocolate chips. Still sinnfully yummy. :)
Omg I making this for Thanksgiving and I'm hoping everyone will like it.. I hope it turns out well cuz its still baking.
Wonderful recipe! I made some and gave them to a friend who just returned from Thailand and he ate them all in one night! Very good and pretty simple to make!
This was pretty good. I don't want to rate it because I didn't make it exactly as written - I left out the nuts and used butter instead of margarine. I think this recipe was good but it didn't blow me away - maybe it would be better with the nuts!
These are delicious! I usually opt for lighter or fat free cream cheese, but splurged on this recipe and used regular, which gave this such a rich, creamy taste! I left the walnuts out but we didn't miss them, and used mini M&Ms like others suggested. I'd never made cheesecake from scratch before and was surprised by how much like cheesecake these tasty treats were! They look so pretty and colorful too! Thank you!
These were absolutely delicious!! Very simple to make (I used regular sized plain M&M's), very colorful... and very rich tasting!!! I love the M&M's and walnuts in there. Will certainly make these over and over again! Thanks for the GREAT recipe!
These are great! Took these to a party and everyone loved it. This will be a favorite. Thanks!
Had to use up some cream cheese, realised it was low fat, didn't make a difference, just took a little longer to cook. Really easy, really good, and some leftover smarties for me to sneak! For Americans who may not know, these Smarties are just like M and M's, not our tangy Smarties.
