I dunno. I was really rootin' for this recipe ~ I've had bad luck with sourdough starter in the past and am a little gun-shy ~ but I doubled the vinegar and it still didn't even remotely taste like sourdough to us. Not a bad loaf of bread, but not at all sourdough-y.

This was outstanding! Made a loaf yesterday and family requested it again for today. Everyone really loved it. Not totally "sourdough" taste but Totally Yummy.
