this is phyllo dough stuffed with groundbeef mixture.


  1. Sautee onions until soft
  2. Add in groundbeef and brown.
  3. add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. unroll phyllo dough and place half in the bottom of sheet.
  5. place beef mixture in the middle and place the remaining phyllo on top.
  6. cut into 24 squares.
  7. melt butter and brush the top of the dough.
  8. make an egg mixture with 1 egg and a spalsh of milk and pour over the butter.
  9. Place in the oven at 375 for 25 to 30 mins or until browned.
