  1. I made a few changes to the recipe based on some of the other comments, but unfortunately they didn't turn out. I added a banana because some people noted that the recipe was too dry and I also added an egg and used whole wheat flour instead of white. The batter was too wet and it didn't cook through in 30 minutes. I continued to cook for another 30 minutes, but they still didn't turn out. I will follow the recipe next time and see if they turn out.

  2. Awesome recipe! I made this a couple times this summer, so far. I plan to make it yet again before my Zucchini's are gone. Satified my Choc. cravings and was a great snack that kept me full after work and till early evening suppers were ready! The only thing I changed was omitting the sugar and used a full cup for splenda baking mix instead. Still sweet enough for the whole family and nutritious enough for me! THANK YOU!!

  3. I enjoyed these and brought half the batch to a party where my friends although skeptical at first enjoyed them too. Or they were just to drunk to know better. I found the zucchini added alot of liquid to mixture but I still add some applesace too.

  4. We enjoyed the outcome of these but had some issues in making them. As written these do not have nearly enough liquid. I took DogAndCatDoc's suggestion and added applesauce. We liked the outcome, though it was very thick and sweet without a ton of chocolate taste. Some mini chips might help. Thanks for a neat one to try! (Though my kids did ask while all the desserts lately have zuch. in them as my husband made chocolate chip zuch. bread over the weekend!)

  5. Great healthy alternative to regular brownies. The only substitution I made was to use oat flour instead of white flour along with the whole wheat flour. I also added about an 1/8 cup applesauce to the mix. Very good and actually good for you!! Thanks for sharing.
