  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Combine wet ingredients.
  3. Add wet to dry and stir until just combined.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup onto hot greased skillet.

Lovely pancakes! I used one whole egg instead of egg whites and only 1/2 ts of cinnamon, thinking that a whole teaspoon sounded a bit much - but I think it might actually work really well with the nutty whole-wheat flour. The recipe made 8 pancakes, which are wonderfully "neutral" and would go well with both savoury and sweet stuff. I opted to drown them in light molasses this time! Thank you for sharing!
