  1. OK, so this is bad - really bad. I absolutely LOVE these cookies, and the husband thinks they're really good, too! I am so *not* telling him that they're "fat free" cookies. Also, I got exactly 40 cookies, and they aren't tiny little baby cookies, either. They're small but perfect. Thanks for a keeper!

  2. These cookies are very good! I used craisens because I didn't have raisins on hand, and I used half splenda half sugar. They turned out great! Thanks for the recipe!!

  3. Wonderful cookies! I used gluten free flour and banana instead of applesauce. The banana was sweeter and allowed me to reduce the sugar a bit. Thanks for a healthy and great recipe!

  4. These are great- and only one WW point each! We split them into freezer bags and take out a few at a time- very easy recipe and a nice sweet treat! Thanks.

  5. I made quite a few changes but these were still very good. I had some almond meal (leftover from making almond milk) and substituted that, plus some flax meal for the flour. I used dried cranberries instead of raisins and maple syrup instead of honey. I added about a teaspoon of cinnamon and only cooked for about 8 minutes. I think next time I will add a little salt and maybe some walnuts.

Tweaks

  1. I use brown sugar, and I use a whole cup of raisins. I also add a pinch of ground nutmeg and a good quarter teaspoon of cinnamon.

  2. These cookies were a little too sweet and I was surprised how there were no spices asked for at all. I substituted honey with half maple syrup and half agave. They were difficult to bake fully without burning the top and bottom slightly. I agree with the other commenter that they are nothing like traditional oatmeal raisin cookies. Just tastes like sugar. Not unedible though.

  5. I LOVED these cookies!! I eat a very low fat vegan diet and was craving a good cookie. I used agave syrup instead of honey to make doubly sure it was sweet enough for me (it was) and I added 1/2 tsp. of salt as well. I highly recommend these!!
