  1. I didn't think these cookies were bad, but for some reason mine were really really chewy (on the second day - right after they cooled they were quite crispy on the outside). I tried to watch them really close in the oven, but maybe I still overcooked them. I baked them for about 10 minutes. It seemed like if I had taken them out any sooner they would still be liquidy, but maybe that extra minute or two makes all the difference. The flavor was nice, although it seemed like it had a lot of spice flavor for some reason (despite the fact that there's only 1 tsp of cinnamon).
