This dip is so quick & easy to make. Serve with a platter of raw veggies and you have a tasty treat that is very kind to your waistline. Use this as a dressing on salads too
- 8 ounces plain nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup mango chutney (or Bergie's Colonel Grey's Chutney)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder
- salt & pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together& serve.
- MIx this dip just before serving.
