Tastes like chocolate ice cream, but perfectly healthy
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1⁄3 cup crushed ice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
- blend all ingredients till smooth.
Not too bad, but some of the honey stuck to the bottom of the blender and it tasted a bit powdery.
After reading the reviews I edited this a little: 1 tbsp of skim milk powder and an extra tsp of cocoa powder. thanks(:
it was pretty good. i added a little bit of syrup to make a little more sweet. great recipe.
