This is a recipe I found on fatfree.com, can be used in place of Bisquick for pancakes and stuff.
- 768.91 ml unsifted all-purpose flour
- 118.29 ml sugar
- 236.59 ml nonfat dry milk powder
- 118.29 ml cornstarch
- 14.79 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 7.39 ml salt
- Mix together.
- You will need to tightly cover and store.
- Stir before using.
Just love this recipe. I can't get Bisquick here in Australia, and wanted one which was heart healthy. I have made two batches of the Bisquick Danish, and they were delicious. Thank you for a great substitute.
wow you have made my life alot simplier!! We have just found out that my daughter has gall bladder problems so she can't have any fat at all this can be an almost impossible feat to cook for a teenager without any fat! Thanks to you we can expand her diet to something other than fruits and vegies! Thank you soooo much!!!
