"This is a rub recipe for pork ribs and pork butt - enjoy! If you cannot find hawaiian pink salt, then use kosher - if you cannot find turbinado sugar - just use light brown."

• 2 tablespoons pink hawaiian sea salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons dry mustard
• 1⁄2 cup turbinado sugar
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
