It takes only 5 minutes to prepare, and it is packed with multiple high-nutrient foods, which fill you up, and taste great. I like to add 1-2 tsp. of ground flax seeds for additional nutrition.

Yummy! I used frozen strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. I have to admit that I didn't have whey powder, but it was terrific without it! Made for my adopted chef for Fall PAC 2009. Thanks! :)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 34 cup instant oatmeal (prepared with water or skim milk)
  • 34 cup skim milk, organic
  • 34 cup berries, mixed fresh-frozen
  • 2 teaspoons whey powder
  • 3 ice cubes, crushed


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and beat, or frappe, for 5 minutes, and your smoothie is ready to enjoy.
