  • 5 cups frozen thin-cut French fries
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt


  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Spread fries in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes; stir.
  3. Spray fries with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with steak seasoning and salt. Bake 7 minutes longer. Serve immediately.

OOh, spicy alright and very fast to make! Using Montreal Steak Seasoning for fries is new to me and it's a nice change as well- tastes like barbecue spice with some heat. Thanks for sharing this, mailbelle! Made for Aus/NZ Recipe swap #32.
