- 14 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 4 chicken breasts, bone in
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1⁄4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
- Pour spaghetti sauce into a large fryingpan.
- Place chicken bone side up in pan. Cover and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add peppers, and seasonings.
- Cover, simmer, until chicken is springy to touch about 35-45min.
- Serve with pasta.
