Well, this did not work out so well. In 15 min the cheese still was not melted so I left it in 10 min longer. The cheese still not melted but the bun was getting very toasted and dry. In the end it tasted like bread and cheese and was very crumbly and messy to eat. My husband will eat anything and never complains and was very unhappy with this. This might be better with a smaller bun because the cheese might have melted faster. My son threw is out in disgust and remade it by cutting the bun in half putting ingredients in the oven on high. Everyone agreed that worked out much better.

Fantastic Mama!!!!! The only change I did was to add some marinara sauce to the ricotta cheese. I also served them with more sauce for dipping. I love the crunchiness of the rolls (I used french bread rolls) and the cheesiness of the filling!!!! YUMMO!!!!
