1. I added salt and hot pepper sauce to this quick and easy soup. We liked the flavor of this the next day. Thanks Chris from Kansas. Bullwinkle.

 2. Easy to throw together but really lacked in flavor. Will not make this again.

 3. This has wonderful flavor! So easy to throw together too. I am using it on the Core plan of Weight Watchers. I had already simmered my chicken breasts in salsa and then I found this recipe. I let it simmer for a few hours and I just can't get over the flavor. Try some tonight!

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
