Fast and Easy Shrimp- Frozen and Quickly Cooked

- 8 frozen shrimp
- 1 cup water
directions
- Put shrimp in a microwave safe cup and cover with water (I always use my pyrex liquid measuring cup).
- Microwave on high for 50 seconds, let sit 50 seconds.
- Microwave on high 30 seconds, let sit 30 seconds.
- Peel and use as is or add ice to the glass to cool to room temperature for salads or dips.
