On a yellowed card with the title of "Betty's Chile", just ingredients no directions so toss everything in a pot and cook. Don't know who Betty is, but I want to thank her for this easy recipe that can be whipped up very quickly with things on hand. Not a fire and brimstone chile, just a simple chile that kids and adults can eat. :)shirley(:

  1. In skillet large enough to hold all ingredients brown ground beef, drain off fat if necessary.
  2. Add onions and garlic saute until clear.
  3. Add rest of ingredients.
  4. Simmer 20-30 minutes.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
