Very simple recipe! I don't like black beans so I just used the Great White Northern. I also use the Hot and Spicy taco seasoning so it ends up being a Spicy Chicken Chili. I love what the cream of chicken and cream cheese do to the chili. I only use two chicken breasts and shred them up after cooking. With a bowl of rice, this chili is probably my favorite ever! It won first prize out of 8 different types of chili in a contest at work!Great recipe and thanks so much for sharing!
Very good!! This was easy and usually have everything on hand.
I thought this was excellent, with very little effort. I used chicken thighs (personal preference)cut down on the beans, used 2 chili's in Adobe and a "hot"packet of taco seasoning-delish!!
What a wonderful, easy recipe! This was the first time I've ever used frozen chicken breasts in a crock pot recipe. The only thing I did differently was to use a 14oz can of chicken broth instead of a 10oz can ... everything else I followed exactly. I didn't have to chop, peel, or fry anything! This is a keeper and I'll be making it again for sure. Thanks for sharing this recipe ChefRenfrow.
Wowsers! Awesome soup! Changed a bit. Used 29oz can of pinto beans, 3 chicken breasts, 2 diced roma tomatoes, can diced chilis, low sodium chicken broth, sliced up cerlery, onions, 4 garlic gloves, garlic salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, cream of chicken, taco seasoning, and 5 oz cream cheese. Added a little colby shredded cheese on top. So good!!! Will be making over and over again. Shredded chicken and let everything blend for an hour before serving. Very rich and smooth.
SO GOOD!!! Everyone in the family loved it! I only used two chicken breasts, and replaced the broth with water. Definitely a keeper!
Very easy and yummy! It was a hit with all 5 members of my family (including picky 2 year old twins and a 4 year old). I think next time I'll put in less chicken. The leftovers were especially "chicken-y" once the chicken chunks had shredded up a bit more and were mixed throughout. Still good, but too meaty for my taste...although I'm sure my husband likes it this way better! I just keyed the recipe into Weight Watchers and it looks like it is 7 PointsPlus per serving - perfect!
Very good and super easy. Thanks for sharing.
