This is a very simple recipe that can be thrown together when you're running late or made ahead of time and heated quickly for your hungry family. Just a few ingredients that you will most likely have in the pantry. My starving teenagers devour this every time.
- Brown meat and onions over low heat until no longer red. Break up large clumps.
- Pour off the fat and return to to the stove.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add water if necessary.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
