Right after seeing this recipe posted on Zaar, I sent away for a jar of Wesconsinmade Gourmet Sweet Cranberry Jelly, & finally got it in the mail the other day! Just in time for me to make these OUTSTANDING TOASTIES for a special friend of mine when she came for lunch! Doubled the recipe for the 3 of us, & I absolutely loved making these, almost as much as we enjoyed devouring them! And, as much as we liked them made according to the recipe, another time I'd like to try them with a hearty, whole-grain bread! Thanks for sharing this great recipe! Deeee-licious, Tarty......I should have made these with thicker bread, but didn't have anything on hand except regular white bread (which I don't usually have, BTW), so when I cut them into triangles, they kind of smushed! But.....I ate every crumb!

Quick, Easy and Totally Delicious what else can I say.. I made these for lunch for the 2 of us and they were so yummy. I can not wait to try these with some rustic bread as I had to use already sliced thick white bread which was great, but I bet with some rustic bread fresh from the bakery they would be divine. I loved the richness of the cheese paired with the sweet tang from the cranberry jelly. My hubby was very skeptical when I told him what I was making for lunch but he soon changed his tune when he bit into the sandwich, which was subsequently devoured in record time. A great sandwich and one that will definitely be enjoyed again.. A winner for us FT!!!!
